SMS Privacy Policy

This policy explains how 1955 AI collects and uses information for its low-volume, non-promotional SMS messaging program. SMS messages may include requested customer-care follow-ups, office communications, appointment information, and reminders.

Information we collect

We may collect a recipient's name, mobile telephone number, message content, consent status, and records needed to send, deliver, and respond to SMS messages.

How we use information

We use this information only to provide requested operational or customer-care messages, administer the messaging program, respond to questions, maintain consent and opt-out records, and protect the security and reliability of the service.

Mobile information sharing

1955 AI does not sell or rent mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver and support the messaging service, or when disclosure is required by law.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on the messages and follow-ups a recipient requests. Message and data rates may apply.

Your choices

Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving service. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. After an opt-out request, we may send one final confirmation message and will then stop sending SMS messages unless the recipient later provides new consent.

Data retention and security

We retain messaging and consent records only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
