SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern participation in the 1955 AI SMS messaging program. The program sends low-volume, non-promotional operational and customer-care messages requested or authorized by the recipient.

Program description

Messages may include requested office follow-ups, responses to telephone or support inquiries, employee notifications, appointment information, and reminders. 1955 AI does not use this program for advertisements, promotions, or unsolicited bulk messaging.

Consent

By opting in, you authorize 1955 AI to send SMS messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any product or service. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and are authorized to provide consent.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to your requests and interactions with 1955 AI. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's terms and charges govern your mobile service.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you opt out, you may receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages unless you provide new consent. Reply HELP for help or email admin@1955ai.com.

Delivery

Message delivery is subject to network availability and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 1955 AI may modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS program when reasonably necessary.

Privacy

Our use of mobile information is described in the 1955 AI SMS Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
